Happy Spring!
The springtime has ushered in a flurry of activity in the classroom and around Rohan Woods School. This week, we began our ERB testing. Students participate in testing in the morning, while still benefiting from classroom centers, lessons and specialty classes in the afternoons.
In Social Studies we continue to study the Civil War, and in Math we are continuing our study of angles and missing measurements.
This Friday, we look forward to announcing the essay winner of our Warson Woods Arbor Day Event. The students wrote some unique and thoughtful essays on the topic of “Celebrating Trees in our Community”. Excellent job!
In the coming weeks, our students will begin practicing for their MADCO (Modern American Dance Company) production, which will culminate in a performance on Fine Arts Day on May 3rd. Be sure to mark your calendars!
