Welcome back to the science lab!
During the summer our garden grew like crazy! You won't believe how tall the sunflowers are, how the native prairie has grown, and…we already have some pumpkins! Our gardens have helped our honeybees thrive and expand their colony. Our beekeepers have already been out once this summer to remove some crowded frames so that our workers and Queen Buzzie can have more space and not feel the need to swarm. After watching our bees this summer you can definitely understand where the term "busy as a bee" came from!
The school year will soon begin and I can't wait to share in all of the learning that we will do together! Get ready to get busy!
